RUNNING team embarked on a memorable business trip to Russia on 13th April 2026—a journey defined not only by the icy charm of Moscow’s winter but also by the extraordinary warmth of the people we met there.

The moment we stepped off the plane, we were greeted by the unmistakable Russian cold. With temperatures well below freezing, the city was wrapped in cold wind. But as harsh as the weather was, the welcome we received from our Russian partners was nothing short of heartwarming.

At the EXPOELECTRONIC Exhibition, we had the opportunity to meet with numerous partners. The exhibition hall was bustling with energy and innovation, and we were deeply encouraged by customers` genuine interest shown in our products and expertise.

Beyond the exhibition, we traveled to visit customer’s facilities. Despite the freezing roads and long commutes, every visit proved to be immensely rewarding. We were invited into their factories and offices—spaces where real work gets done, challenges are solved, and partnerships truly take shape. We were treated with remarkable hospitality, often going out of their way to make us feel at home.

Admittedly, language posed a certain challenge at times. However, partners appreciated our professionalism and expertise. The samples we presented were met with high praise for their quality and design. This recognition laid a solid foundation for what we believe will be a smooth and productive cooperation in the near future.

This trip reaffirmed a simple truth that no email or video call can fully convey: a single handshake, a face-to-face conversation, and the simple act of sharing a cup of tea across a table carry immeasurable value. Digital communication gives us speed and convenience, but it is personal presence that builds real trust. The laughter we shared, the meals we enjoyed together, and the honest exchanges of expectations and ideas—these are the moments that transform business partners into true friends.
